What the authors write

Jerzy Zięba

Jerzy Zięba claims that doctors were treating COVID-19 in secret and that effective treatment could take one to three days.

„Their treatment generally takes one to three days—that is, it is lightning-fast! Professors of medicine, on their own behalf and on behalf of doctors like them, appealed to President Andrzej Duda to allow them to treat COVID-19 openly, rapidly, cheaply, effectively, and safely.”Ich leczenie na ogół, trwa jeden do trzech dni, czyli – błyskawicznie! Profesorowie medycyny, w imieniu swoim i takich lekarzy zwrócili się do Prezydenta Andrzeja Dudy o umożliwienie im leczenia COVID-19 w sposób otwarty, błyskawiczny, tani, skuteczny i bezpieczny.
Jerzy Zięba

Jerzy Zięba claims that doctors knew how to treat COVID-19 but were afraid of losing their licenses to practice.

„Doctors know how and with what to treat patients to achieve this kind of therapeutic effect. In this way, Polish doctors would stop this made-up pandemic within a few days. I’ll repeat: no sick people, no deaths = no pandemic. It’s that simple. Someone might ask: why don’t they treat people this way?”Lekarze wiedzą, jak i czym leczyć, żeby osiągnąć tego typu efekt terapeutyczny. W ten sposób polscy lekarze zatrzymaliby tę wydumaną pandemię w ciągu kilku dni. Powtórzę: nie ma chorych, nie ma zgonów = nie ma pandemii. To takie proste. Ktoś zapyta: dlaczego tak nie leczą?
Jerzy Zięba

Jerzy Zięba questions the reliability of PCR testing as a way to identify infection with the virus.

„Mainly based on the number of infections, which is an outright fraud, because the PCR test does not identify infection with the virus. This fraud led to a catastrophe, and the media should be skinned alive for publishing it. Unfortunately, that will not happen, because there are forces that very much want this lie to spread.”Głównie z liczby zakażeń, co jest zwykłym oszustwem, ponieważ reakcja PCR nie identyfikuje zakażenia wirusem.
Andrzej Frydrychowski

Andrzej Frydrychowski claims that the COVID treatment methods made public are being ignored by medical associations and authorities.

„This scientific, experience-based medical knowledge is being blatantly ignored, even though I have the honor of being a member of both these societies, along with other recognized authorities. Neither the medical associations nor the authorities are interested in methods for effectively treating this disease.”Ta naukowa, oparta na doświadczeniu wiedza medyczna jest ostentacyjnie ignorowana, pomimo tego, że razem z innymi uznanymi autorytetami mam zaszczyt być członkiem obydwu tych towarzystw. Ani Izby lekarskie, ani władza nie są zainteresowane metodami skutecznego leczenia tej choroby.

Andrzej Frydrychowski

Andrzej Frydrychowski warns about the possible harm of vaccines and the lack of knowledge about their long-term effects.

„They point to how scientifically absurd it is to use them when we do not know whether a vaccine might cause more harm than not giving it (see the very low death rate resulting from COVID-19). Doctors sounding the alarm, including outstanding scientists, are being harassed as if they were medical lackeys rather than professionals with the highest professional and scientific qualifications.”Wskazują na absurdalność ich stosowania z punktu widzenia nauki w sytuacji, gdy nie wiemy, czy szczepionka nie spowoduje większych szkód, niż jej niepodawanie (vide: bardzo niski wskaźnik śmiertelności, wynikający z zachorowania na Covid-19).

Dr. Norman Pieniążek wrote that work restrictions made it harder for CDC staff to communicate and work together.

„Work-from-home restrictions meant that people at CDC couldn’t communicate and coordinate to overturn the madness being imposed from the ‘sixth floor’ top brass. You could not isolate CDC from the HSS (Health and Human Services) and it was HSS that were calling the shots.”Work-from-home restrictions meant that people at CDC couldn’t communicate and coordinate to overturn the madness being imposed from the ‘sixth floor’ top brass. You could not isolate CDC from the HSS (Health and Human Services) and it was HSS that were calling the shots.
Dr Norman Pieniążek

Dr. Norman Pieniążek claimed that the approach to herd immunity ignored the variability of coronaviruses.

„Orthodox immunology was ignored – herd immunity is a fiction given there is a ‘soup’ of constantly mutating coronaviruses. Why didn’t scientists at the CDC question things early in 2020? Work-from-home restrictions meant that people at CDC couldn’t communicate and coordinate to overturn the madness being imposed from the ‘sixth floor’ top brass.”Orthodox immunology was ignored – herd immunity is a fiction given there is a ‘soup’ of constantly mutating coronaviruses. Prof. Sucharit Bhakdi

Prof. Sucharit Bhakdi presents the measures taken during the pandemic as part of a shared agenda.

„While we still don’t know for certain who was or was not involved in the creation of this chimeric virus, this question is not really crucial: the absurd and predictably harmful “response measures”, which were imposed swiftly and in lock-step by the WHO and by most national governments of the world, revealed clearly and early on that the virus and these measures were part of the same agenda.”While we still don’t know for certain who was or was not involved in the creation of this chimeric virus, this question is not really crucial: the absurd and predictably harmful “response measures”, which were imposed swiftly and in lock-step by the WHO and by most national governments of the world, revealed clearly and early on that the virus and these measures were part of the same agenda.
Prof. Sucharit Bhakdi

Prof. Sucharit Bhakdi says that Montagnier criticized the global COVID-19 vaccination campaign.

„Montagnier died on February 8, 2022, just 8 months after criticizing the global push to “vaccinate” against COVID-19 [390]. 9.6 The crucifixion of a dissident Duesberg’s assault on the causative role of HIV went completely unchallenged in the scientific literature—a tacit admission among scientists that his arguments were, at the very least, compelling and most likely irrefutable.”Montagnier died on February 8, 2022, just 8 months after criticizing the global push to “vaccinate” against COVID-19 [390]. 9.6 The crucifixion of a dissident Duesberg’s assault on the causative role of HIV went completely unchallenged in the scientific literature—a tacit admission among scientists that his arguments were, at the very least, compelling and most likely irrefutable.

The study indicated that COVID-19 can cause symptoms outside the respiratory system as well, which doctors should consider when diagnosing the disease.

Aim of the study: Introduction: The coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has been the most significant event in 2020, with ~86.8 million cases and 1.88 million deaths worldwide. It is a highly infectious disease, wherein the virus (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2) rapidly multiplies and spreads to all parts of the body.

Results: Some of these cases may be missed for diagnosis, and the patient may receive symptomatic treatment without a COVID-19 diagnosis, leading to increased spread of the infection. Extrapulmonary manifestations may occur in severe and critical cases as complications of severe infections (high viral overload) or the cytokine storm, such as in acute kidney injury (AKI), heart failure (HF), and venous thromboembolic (VTE) manifestation. Conclusion: COVID-19 is not a respiratory disease alone; rather, it is a multisystem disease. Pulmonary and extrapulmonary manifestations should be considered for early diagnosis and to control the spread of the infection.

Doctors described patients’ concerns about vaccines and ways to respond to misinformation and vaccine hesitancy.

Aim of the study: COVID-19 vaccination is critical for reducing serious illness and hospitalizations, yet many remain hesitant. We conducted a survey of frontline physicians to identify patient concerns and physician strategies to address COVID-19 vaccine-hesitancy.

Results: 531 physicians responded: primary care (241); emergency medicine (142); critical care (84); hospitalists (34); and infectious disease (30). Weighted response balance statistics showed excellent balance between respondents and nonrespondents. On average, physicians reported four patient vaccine concerns. Safety, side effects, vaccine misinformation, and mistrust in government were most common, and often co-occurring. 297 physicians described communication strategies: 180 (61 %) provided vaccine education and 94 (32 %) created a safe space for vaccine discussion. Narrative responses from physicians provided compelling examples of both successes and communication challenges arising from misinformation. Compared with emergency medicine, critical care (OR 2.45, 95 % CI 1.14, 5.24), infectious disease (OR 2.45, 95 % CI 1.00, 6.02), and primary care physicians (OR 1.66, 95 % CI 1.02, 2.70) were more likely to provide communication strategies.

A course for pediatricians increased their knowledge of COVID-19 vaccines and their confidence in discussing them with patients.

Aim of the study: As the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic evolves and vaccines become available to children, pediatricians must navigate vaccination discussions in the setting of rapidly changing vaccine recommendations and approvals. We developed and evaluated an educational curriculum for pediatricians to improve their knowledge about COVID-19 vaccines and confidence in communicating with patients and families about COVID-19 vaccines.

Results: A total of 152 pediatric providers participated; 72 completed both pre- and post-surveys. The median knowledge score improved from the pre-survey to the post-survey (79%-93%, P < .001). There was an increase in providers' confidence after completing the curriculum, which persisted in the follow-up survey. In the post-survey, 98% of participants had had the opportunity to discuss the COVID-19 vaccine with patients, and most clinicians reported that the modules decreased apprehension some or significantly. This project demonstrates rapid and feasible deployment of a curriculum providing up-to-date information to front-line clinicians responsible for having complex conversations about COVID-19 vaccine decision-making. Clinicians who completed this curriculum had sustained increased confidence and decreased levels of apprehension when discussing the COVID-19 vaccine.

A study of doctors in Italy found high vaccine uptake, and reported adverse events were usually mild.

Aim of the study: The COVID-19 vaccination campaign began in Italy at the end of December 2020, with the primary aim of immunizing healthcare professionals, using the EMA approved mRNA vaccines (Comirnaty® by Pfizer/BioNTech; mRNA-1273 by Moderna) and recombinant adenoviral vaccine (Vaxzevria® by AstraZeneca).

Results: Overall, 7,881 questionnaires were analyzed: 6,612 physicians had received one dose, and 1,670 two doses of Comirnaty®; 30 had received one dose of mRNA-1273. Vaccine Hesitancy rate was 3.6%; it correlated with prior SARS-CoV-2 infection, diabetes, Adverse Eventss at previous vaccinations and refusal of 2020 flu vaccine, and was mainly motivated by concerns about vaccine Adverse Events. Typical Adverse Events were pain/itching/paresthesia at the inoculation site, followed by headache, fever, fatigue and myalgia/arthralgia occurring more frequently after the second dose (77.8 vs 66.9%; p<0.001), and in subjects with a prior SARS-CoV-2 infection. Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination is high among physicians. Adverse Events are typically mild and more frequent in people with a prior SARS-CoV-2 infection.

In 2017, with the addition of intravenous hydroxycortisone (cortisol), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), and thiamine (vitamin B1) to standard sepsis care, Dr. Paul Marik found great success against sepsis, including septic shock. This became known as "HAT" therapy for sepsis, and was a starting point for the FLCCC Alliance in the battle against Covid-19.”[1] This working group, initially composed of critical care physicians Pierre Kory, G. „For example, in Spain, physicians are treating their Covid-19 patients with high doses of vitamin D, and they have discovered some amazing results. A 76-patient 2020 study in October 2020 discovered that of 50 hospitalized COVID-19 patients who were given oral calcifediol: (0.532 mg, ~20,000 IU, on admission and 0.266 mg, ~10,000 IU, several days thereafter) of vitamin D, only one (2%) needed treatment in the intensive care unit and there were no deaths.”For example, in Spain, physicians are treating their Covid-19 patients with high doses of vitamin D, and they have discovered some amazing results.
