Dr Norman Pieniążek

He describes vaccines as a genetic preparation that transforms cells.

„This is a genetic preparation—I am a geneticist, so I can honestly say that it transforms cells. In other words, it enters any cells in the body: in one person these cells, in another person different ones—from the brain, ovaries, heart, liver; you can choose any organ. These lipid nanoparticles enter and transform the cell, so the cell suddenly begins producing what was encoded in the mRNA in that lipid nanoparticle, the professor reveals.”To jest preparat genetyczny, tzn. ja jestem genetykiem, więc mogę tak o tym szczerze powiedzieć, czyli transformują komórki.

Problems with adverse reactions to these preparations were said to be known.

„“And all these problems with so-called adverse reactions following vaccination, with this so-called pseudo-vaccine (many people still don’t understand what these vaccines—or rather, pseudo-vaccines—really are, as the professor notes—author’s note) were known!” says Professor Norman Pieniążek.”– I te wszystkie problemy z tak zwanymi niepożądanymi odczynami poszczepiennymi, z tą tak zwaną pseudoszczepionką (do wielu nadal nie docierają informacje, czym tak naprawdę są te szczepionki – a właściwie pseudoszczepionki – jak zauważa profesor – uwaga autora) były znane! – wypowiada się profesor Norman Pieniążek.

A review found that mRNA vaccines against COVID-19 reduced the risk of hospitalization in adults.

Aim of the study: Changes in the vaccine advisory process in the United States have disrupted immunization guidance, which reinforces the need for independent evidence review to inform decisions regarding immunization for respiratory viruses during the 2025-2026 season.

Results: Of 17,263 identified references, 511 studies met the inclusion criteria. Covid-19 mRNA vaccines against the XBB.1.5 subvariant had pooled vaccine effectiveness against hospitalization of 46% (95% confidence interval [CI], 34 to 55; from cohort studies) and 50% (95% CI, 43 to 57; from case-control studies) among adults and 37% (95% CI, 29 to 44) among immunocompromised adults. In a case-control study, vaccines against the KP.2 subvariant showed an effectiveness of 68% (95% CI, 42 to 82). Maternal RSV vaccination (for infant protection), nirsevimab for infants, and RSV vaccines in adults who were 60 years of age or older showed vaccine effectiveness of 68% or more against hospitalization. Influenza vaccination had a pooled vaccine effectiveness of 48% (95% CI, 39 to 55) in adults between the ages of 18 and 64 years and 67% (95% CI, 58 to 75) in children against hospitalization. Safety profiles were consistent with previous evaluations.

A meta-analysis of randomized trials found that vaccines, including mRNA vaccines, protected against COVID-19.

Aim of the study: Vaccines against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been discovered within a very small duration of time as compared to the traditional way for the development of vaccines, which raised the question about the safety and efficacy of the approved vaccines. The purpose of this study is to look at the effectiveness and safety of vaccine platforms against the incidence of COVID-19.

Results: A pooled fold change estimation of 0.19 (95% CI: 0.12-0.31, p < 0.0001) showed significant protection against the incidence of COVID-19 in the vaccines received group versus the placebo group. mRNA based, inactivated vaccines and non-replicating viral vector-based vaccines showed significantly protection against the incidence of COVID-19 compared to placebo with pooled fold change estimation was 0.08 (95% CI: 0.06-0.10), 0.20 (95% CI: 0.14-0.29) and 0.36 (95% CI: 0.28-0.46), respectively. Injection site discomfort and fatigue were the most common side effect observed in mRNA, non-replicating viral vector, inactivated, and protein subunit-based vaccines. All the approved vaccines were found safe and efficacious but mRNA-based vaccines were found to be more efficacious against SARS-CoV-2 than other platforms.

A review indicated that mRNA vaccination during pregnancy reduced the risk of severe COVID-19, and that the accumulated data showed no harm to pregnancy or the newborn.

Aim of the study: Despite a recent endorsement from official and professional bodies unequivocally recommending COVID-19 vaccination, vaccine hesitancy among pregnant people remains high. The accumulated evidence demonstrates that pregnant people are a special risk group for COVID-19, with an increased risk of intensive care unit admission, extracorporeal membranous oxygenation requirement, preterm birth, and perinatal death.

Results: Many observational studies comparing perinatal outcomes between vaccinated and unvaccinated pregnant people have had reassuring findings and did not demonstrate harmful effects on pregnancy or the newborn. Immunization with mRNA vaccines does not increase the risk of miscarriage, preterm delivery, low birthweight, maternal or neonatal intensive care unit admission, fetal death, fetal abnormality, or pulmonary embolism. Moreover, observational data corroborate the findings of randomized trials that mRNA vaccination is highly effective at preventing severe SARS-CoV-2 infection in pregnant people, emphasizing that the potential maternal and fetal benefits of vaccination greatly outweigh the potential risks of vaccination. Ensuring pregnant people have unrestricted access to COVID-19 vaccination should be a priority in every country worldwide.

A review found that mRNA vaccines were effective, and that myocarditis and pericarditis occurred less often after vaccination than after SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Aim of the study: Globally, vaccination against COVID-19 has prevented countless infections, hospitalisations and death and represents the most successful intervention in combating the pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection. Utilisation of existing mRNA vaccine technology has allowed for rapid development of highly immunogenic and effective vaccines.

Results: Myopericarditis can occur as an adverse effect of COVID-19 mRNA vaccination, albeit at significantly lower rates than those that occur during SARS-CoV-2 infection. Higher rates are seen in adolescent males, usually within 1-5 days of receiving the second vaccine dose. Although most cases are self-limited and respond to first-line treatment, refractory cases can occur, with a limited evidence base on which to guide management. Here, we present a brief review of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines and associated myopericarditis including risk factors, proposed mechanism, and treatment including management strategies for refractory disease.

„Their failure to account for differences in nations' vaccination rates and diversity (heterogeneity) of socio-economic factors, likely explains why they were only able to report a statistically significant positive correlation (r = 0.16, p < .03) that is very weak relative to the stronger correlation, r = 0.70 (p < .0001), reported by Miller and Goldman [1]. Miler and Goldman avoided introducing many confounders by performing linear regression analysis using data from the US (which specified the most vaccine doses of any nation) and the 29 nations with better IMRs than the US.”Their failure to account for differences in nations' vaccination rates and diversity (heterogeneity) of socio-economic factors, likely explains why they were only able to report a statistically significant positive correlation (r = 0.16, p < .03) that is very weak relative to the stronger correlation, r = 0.70 (p < .0001), reported by Miller and Goldman [1]. „Due to public pressure, while the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) was dragging its heels, the industry voluntarily stopped the use of Thimerosal in many vaccines.
