Sources: 11 · Article: 14 856 characters

Prof. Sucharit Bhakdi warns that a study of mRNA vaccine distribution was said to point to a serious risk of blood clots and other harms.

  • According to him, inflammation and blood clots can affect both large and small blood vessels; artery dissections and ruptures have also been reported, as well as 35 heart attacks after vaccination, including 31 in people vaccinated with an mRNA product.
  • In two reported fatal cases of myocarditis, the authors suggested that an immune attack on heart cells producing the spike protein could be a possible explanation.
  • Bhakdi also cited risks of inflammation, organ damage and autoimmune reactions associated with lipid nanoparticles and DNA contamination.

A study of mRNA vaccine distribution was said to point to a serious risk of blood clots and other harms.

„We show that this study clearly presaged grave risks of blood clotting and other adverse effects. The failure to monitor and assess these risks in the subsequent clinical trials, and the grossly negligent review process in conjunction with the emergency use authorizations, have predictably resulted in an unprecedented medical disaster.”We show that this study clearly presaged grave risks of blood clotting and other adverse effects. Vasculitis and blood clots can affect both large and small blood vessels.

„Vasculitis induced by mRNA vaccines has been found to affect all kinds of blood vessels, large and small; and so it is with the blood clots induced by it. Figure 4.4D showed a blood clot in a larger vessel; several clots in smaller vessels are seen in Figure 4.5, which is taken from a case report by Roncati et al.”Vasculitis induced by mRNA vaccines has been found to affect all kinds of blood vessels, large and small; and so it is with the blood clots induced by it. Artery dissections and ruptures have been reported, along with 35 cases of heart attack after vaccination, 31 of which involved people vaccinated with an mRNA product.

„The dissection and rupture of smaller arteries, sometimes facilitated by preexisting vascular malformations, has also been reported in multiple patients who had received a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine [103–107]. Prof. Burkhardt, too, found several such cases in his series of autopsies. 4.3.4 Blood clots. In the two reported fatal cases of myocarditis, the authors propose an immune attack on heart cells producing the spike protein as a possible explanation.

„We propose that the pathological findings reported by Gill et al. are more readily explained by antibody-mediated immune attack on spike-expressing heart muscle cells. This question deserves to be more thoroughly elucidated in future histopathological studies.”We propose that the pathological findings reported by Gill et al. are more readily explained by antibody-mediated immune attack on spike-expressing heart muscle cells. Bhakdi cited risks of inflammation, organ damage and autoimmune reactions associated with lipid nanoparticles and DNA contamination.

„In particular, lipid nanoparticles and DNA contamination are said to pose significant health risks. They could cause inflammation, organ damage, genetic changes, autoimmune reactions and an increased risk of cancer, and could also be transferred across the placenta to unborn children.”Insbesondere Lipid-Nanopartikel und DNA-Verunreinigungen würden erhebliche gesundheitliche Risiken bergen. Sie könnten Entzündungen, Organschäden, genetische Veränderungen, Autoimmunreaktionen sowie ein erhöhtes Krebsrisiko verursachen und zudem über die Plazenta auf ungeborene Kinder übertragen werden.

A review of 28 autopsies concluded that deaths involving myocarditis were most likely linked to COVID-19 vaccination.

Aim of the study: COVID-19 vaccines have been linked to myocarditis, which, in some circumstances, can be fatal. This systematic review aims to investigate potential causal links between COVID-19 vaccines and death from myocarditis using post-mortem analysis.

Results: The mean age of death was 44.4 years old. The mean and median number of days from last COVID-19 vaccination until death were 6.2 and 3 days, respectively. We established that all 28 deaths were most likely causally linked to COVID-19 vaccination by independent review of the clinical information presented in each paper. The temporal relationship, internal and external consistency seen among cases in this review with known COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis, its pathobiological mechanisms, and related excess death, complemented with autopsy confirmation, independent adjudication, and application of the Bradford Hill criteria to the overall epidemiology of vaccine myocarditis, suggests that there is a high likelihood of a causal link between COVID-19 vaccines and death from myocarditis.

In preclinical studies, blocking two inflammatory mediators reduced mRNA vaccination-related heart damage.

Aim of the study: Messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 are highly effective and were instrumental in curbing the COVID-19 pandemic. However, rare cases of noninfective myocarditis, particularly in young males and typically after the second dose, have been observed.

Results: When exposed to these cytokines in vitro, human iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes (iPSC-CMs) exhibited impaired contractility, arrhythmogenicity, and proinflammatory gene expression patterns. Genistein, a phytoestrogen implicated in reducing cardiovascular inflammation, mitigated these effects in iPSC-CMs. In mice exposed to these cytokines or receiving BNT162b2 vaccination, genistein treatment reduced cardiac injury markers and attenuated infiltration of neutrophils and macrophages into the heart. These findings implicate CXCL10-IFN-γ signaling as a contributor to myocardial injury in experimental models of mRNA vaccination and indicate that pharmacologic modulation, such as with genistein, may mitigate cytokine-driven injury.

The review describes myocarditis as a rare adverse effect of mRNA vaccines, occurring most often in young men.

Aim of the study: Myocarditis is an established but rare adverse event following administration of messenger RNA-based coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccines and is most common in male adolescents and young adults. Symptoms typically develop within a few days of vaccine administration.

Results: Symptoms typically develop within a few days of vaccine administration. Most patients have mild abnormalities on cardiac imaging with rapid clinical improvement with standard treatment. However, longer term follow-up is needed to determine whether imaging abnormalities persist, to evaluate for adverse outcomes, and to understand the risk associated with subsequent vaccination. The purpose of the review is to evaluate the current literature related to myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination, including the incidence, risk factors, clinical course, imaging findings, and proposed pathophysiologic mechanisms.

The review discusses possible mechanisms through which the Spike protein may disrupt the circulatory system and heart function.

Aim of the study: The SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus responsible for the COVID-19 disease) uses the Spike proteins of its envelope for infecting target cells expressing on the membrane the angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) enzyme that acts as a receptor. To control the pandemic, genetically engineered vaccines have been designed for inducing neutralizing antibodies against the Spike proteins.

Results: ACE2 is present as membrane-bound on several cell types, including the mucosa of the upper respiratory and of the gastrointestinal tracts, the endothelium, the platelets, and in soluble form in the plasma. The ACE2 enzyme converts the vasoconstrictor angiotensin II into peptides with vasodilator properties. Here we review the pathways for immunization and the molecular mechanisms through which the Spike protein, either from SARS-CoV-2 or encoded by the mRNA-based vaccines, interferes with the Renin-Angiotensin-System governed by ACE2, thus altering the homeostasis of the circulation and of the cardiovascular system. Understanding the molecular interactions of the Spike protein with ACE2 and the consequent impact on cardiovascular system homeostasis will direct the diagnosis and therapy of the vaccine-related adverse effects and provide information for development of a personalized vaccination that considers pathophysiological conditions predisposing to such adverse events.

The study suggests that the Spike protein produced after vaccination may be associated with stress in heart cells, although myocarditis remains rare.

Aim of the study: The trimeric spike (S) protein on the envelope of the SARS-CoV-2 virus is the primary target structure for currently approved corona vaccines. For this reason, the two mRNA-based corona vaccines Comirnaty (BNT162b2, Pfizer/BioNTech) and Spikevax (mRNA-1273, Moderna) first induce the production of a spike monomer in body cells.

Results: In all three cell types, both BNT162b2 and mRNA-1273 produced two divergently sized monomer translation products from which one S1 subunit was formed after enzymatic cleavage. However, the number of identified S2 subunits varied between two and four depending on the cell line and mRNA used. Within a few hours, covalently bonded high-molecular complexes formed from both the spike monomers and their subunits. The arrangement of these complexes always adhered to a consistent pattern in each cell type. Particularly in AC16 cardiomyocytes, the various spike protein derivatives impaired not only cell proliferation, but also induced a pro-inflammatory response and oxidative stress. Only the secreted S1 subunit was detected as an immunogen in the supernatant of all three cell lines.

„By 18 months of age, a child who has received all recommended vaccines will have had a load of 5mg of aluminum, while the FDA regards only 0.85 mg as "safe." Unsafe levels of aluminum and mercury can end up in the brain where they can promote inflammation as in the immune system, and thus they are commonly associated with several neurological diseases including the dreaded Alzheimer's disease. Couple this aluminum load with the large intake derived from infant formula (bottle) feeding for the vulnerable infant and we have a significant problem.”By 18 months of age, a child who has received all recommended vaccines will have had a load of 5mg of aluminum, while the FDA regards only 0.85 mg as "safe." „Horowitz urged us to reconsider the "one cause one disease model" and emphasized the need to transform the health system by making a paradigm shift to a new "multifactorial model of chronic disease". This model appreciates that there are multiple causes of dysbiosis resulting in immune dysregulation and chronic inflammation. that result in a variety of downstream "disease" effects specific to each individual. He concluded by saying that by identifying and treating the root causes of the chronic disease epidemic we will be able to advance the health-care system, lower costs and improve the quality of care.”Horowitz urged us to reconsider the "one cause one disease model" and emphasized the need to transform the health system by making a paradigm shift to a new "multifactorial model of chronic disease".
