The STOP NOP Association claims that immunity after vaccination against whooping cough wears off within two years.
- According to the association, fully vaccinated children and adults can transmit whooping cough.
- The association says that in 2012, CDC officials stated that unvaccinated people do not contribute to large outbreaks or epidemics of whooping cough in the United States.
- According to the association, in 2012, 95% of preschool children in the United States had received four or five doses.
- The association also claims that the overall decline in infectious diseases began before vaccinations were introduced.

Fully vaccinated children and adults can transmit whooping cough infection.
„Fully vaccinated children and adults can transmit, and do transmit, infections such as whooping cough, flu, mumps, and other viruses.
Whooping cough vaccine: Waning immunity
?If whooping cough is circulating in a community, there is still a chance that a fully vaccinated person can catch this extremely contagious disease.”W pełni zaszczepione dzieci i osoby dorosłe mogą przenosić i przenoszą zakażenia krztuścem, grypą, świnką czy innymi wirusami.
Szczepionka przeciwko krztuścowi Zanikająca odporność
?Jeśli w społeczności krąży krztusiec, nadal jest szansa, że w pełni zaszczepiona osoba może zarazić się tą niezwykle zakaźną chorobą.

In 2012, CDC officials stated that unvaccinated people do not contribute to large outbreaks or epidemics of whooping cough in the United States.
„Nearly 80% of teenagers had received a sixth booster dose of the whooping cough vaccine (Tdap) after age 10.39 In 2012, CDC officials stated that unvaccinated people ?do not contribute to large outbreaks or epidemics? of whooping cough in the United States.40
Symptoms of whooping cough infection: A runny nose, a low-grade fever, and a mild cough lasting from one to two weeks. The cough grows more severe over time, developing into intense coughing fits followed by a whooping breath (in infants and young children), and sometimes vomiting thick, sticky mucus, followed by fatigue.41 Infants may experience apnea, so seek medical advice immediately if whooping cough is suspected.”niemal 80% nastolatków przyjęło szóstą dawkę przypominającą szczepionki przeciwko krztuścowi (Tdap) po 10 roku życia.39 W 2012 r. urzędnicy CDC oświadczyli, że osoby nieszczepione ?nie przyczyniają się do występowania dużych ognisk lub epidemii? krztuśca w Stanach Zjednoczonych40

A chart of whooping cough cases accompanies the claim that the overall decline in infectious diseases began before vaccinations were introduced.
„It is worth noting that infectious diseases have generally declined over recent decades, and this was already happening before vaccinations against these diseases were introduced. Forty years ago, children were immunized against five diseases (diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio, and smallpox); today, that number has risen to eleven.”Zwraca uwagę fakt, iż w ciągu ostatnich dziesięcioleci notowano generalnie spadek zachorowań na choroby zakaźne, co miało już miejsce przed wprowadzeniem szczepień ochronnych przeciwko tym chorobom. Czterdzieści lat temu dzieci były immunizowane przeciwko pięciu chorobom (błonica, tężec, krztusiec, polio, ospa), dzisiaj ta liczba wzrosła do jedenastu.

Whooping cough vaccination during pregnancy protected infants, especially in the first months of life.
Aim of the study: Following the introduction of jurisdictional maternal pertussis vaccination programs in Australia, we estimated maternal vaccine effectiveness (VE) and whether maternal pertussis vaccination modified the effectiveness of the first 3 primary doses of pertussis-containing vaccines.
Results: Pertussis vaccination was administered during 51.7% (n = 144 429/279 418) of pregnancies, predominantly at 28-31 weeks' gestation. The effectiveness (VE) of maternal pertussis vaccination declined from 70.4% (95% confidence interval [CI], 50.5-82.3) among infants <2 months old to 43.3% (95% CI, 6.8-65.6) among infants 7-8 months old and was not significant after 8 months of age. Although we observed slightly lower VE point estimates for the third dose of infant pertussis vaccine among maternally vaccinated compared with unvaccinated infants (76.5% vs 92.9%, P = .002), we did not observe higher rates of pertussis infection (hazard ratio, 0.70; 95% CI, 0.61-3.39). Pertussis vaccination near 28 weeks' gestation was associated with a lower risk of infection among infants through 8 months of age. Although there was some evidence of lower effectiveness of infant vaccination among maternally vaccinated infants, this did not appear to translate into a greater risk of disease.

Whooping cough vaccination during pregnancy protects infants against complications and death in the first three months of life.
Aim of the study: Vaccination During Pregnancy Abstract. Vaccinations administered to women during pregnancy can provide protection against serious infectious diseases for the mother, the newborn, or both.
Results: Vaccination During Pregnancy Abstract. Vaccinations administered to women during pregnancy can provide protection against serious infectious diseases for the mother, the newborn, or both. Two vaccines are routinely recommended during pregnancy: influenza and pertussis. While the influenza vaccine mainly protects the pregnant mother, who is at increased risk of severe illness, the pertussis vaccine effectively protects infants, who are at particularly high risk of pertussis complications and death in the first three months of life.

„[8] In 1979, Sweden removed the pertussis vaccine from its schedule, keeping it off for 17 years until 1996. Contrary to what might be expected, mortality data show that pertussis deaths [9] during the non-vaccination period (7 deaths) were no higher than during either the preceding (10 deaths) or subsequent (9 deaths) 17-year periods. Conventional wisdom would suggest that the pause should have been marked by a substantial spike in deaths, but this was not the case. Figure 3 depicts the decline in pertussis deaths before the vaccine, as well as persistently low levels thereafter despite the vaccine's removal and reintroduction.”[8] In 1979, Sweden removed the pertussis vaccine from its schedule, keeping it off for 17 years until 1996. „Whether it is the DT vaccine (combined with tetanus) or DPT (with pertussis added), the World Health Organization (WHO) declares the vaccine to be 95% effective. Better sanitation, nutrition, and hygiene may also be important. In any case, physicians no longer see the devastating picture of a patient with diphtheria. As for the pertussis component, the newer "acellular" version, designed to reduce the side effects of the "whole-cell" vaccine, has actually proved ineffective.”Whether from the DT (combined with tetanus) or DPT (with added pertussis), the World Health Organization (WHO) declares the vaccine to be 95% efficient.
