Probiotics are products containing live bacterial cultures, and the fermented foods mentioned are cabbage, cucumbers, and red beets.
„Probiotics—products containing live bacterial cultures—can help us restore the natural bacterial flora of the intestines. Probiotics reduce allergic reactions, improve digestion, and increase energy levels. We can find them in fermented foods: cabbage, cucumbers, and red beets.”W odbudowie naturalnej mikroflory bakteryjnej jelit pomogą nam probiotyki, czyli produkty zawierające żywe kultury bakterii. Probiotyki zmniejszają reakcje alergiczne, poprawiają trawienie i zwiększają poziom energii. Znajdziemy je w kiszonkach: kapuście, ogórkach, burakach czerwonych.

Regularly eating fermented foods promotes the growth of healthy bacterial flora.
„These include sour milk, real yogurt, and fermented foods. Eating them regularly promotes the growth of healthy bacterial flora.
Second, factors that encourage the growth of harmful bacteria and the buildup of endotoxins should be eliminated. Above all, make sure you have regular bowel movements.”Należą do nich kwaśne mleko, prawdziwe jogurty i kiszonki. Ich regularne spożywanie sprzyja rozwojowi zdrowej flory bakteryjnej.
Po drugie, należy wyeliminować czynniki sprzyjające rozwojowi złych bakterii i nagromadzeniu endotoksyn. Przede wszystkim należy zadbać o regularne wypróżnianie.

Fermented foods and a diet rich in vegetables are presented as ways to support the natural intestinal flora.
„Hippocrates himself said that “all diseases begin in the gut.” It is worth strengthening the natural intestinal flora by using probiotics and prebiotics. Let’s also remember fermented foods and a diet rich in vegetables.”Już sam Hipokrates stwierdził, że „wszystkie choroby zaczynają się w jelitach”. Warto wzmocnić naturalną florę jelitową, stosując probiotyki i prebiotyki. Nie zapominajmy także o kiszonkach oraz diecie bogatej w warzywa.

Epsom salt baths: Help remove heavy metals through the skin.
Using probiotics (fermented foods, beetroot juice, yogurt).”Podstawowymi celami tej terapii są: rozwijanie zachowań pożądanych, redukowanie zachowań niepożądanych, utrzymanie efektów terapii.
Kąpiele w soli gorzkiej (sól Epsom) Pomaga usuwać metale ciężkie przez skórę,
Stosowanie probiotyków (kiszonki, sok z buraka, jogurty).

Sour or curdled cow’s milk was described as the cheapest way to look after your health and maintain healthy bacterial flora.
„They contain preservatives that damage the pancreas.
It is also worth looking after the good bacteria in the digestive tract. The easiest way to maintain healthy bacterial flora is to drink sour or curdled cow’s milk. This is the cheapest way to look after your health.”W nich bowiem znajdują się środki konserwujące niszczące trzustkę.

A probiotic was described as a product containing live microorganisms that have a beneficial effect on the digestive system.
„A probiotic is a product containing cultures of live therapeutic microorganisms (which do not necessarily occur normally in the digestive system, but have a beneficial effect on how it functions) and symbiotic microorganisms that live in the digestive tract. They coexist with the host organism, supporting digestion, protecting tissue surfaces against the growth of pathogenic microflora, and serving as a source of vitamins and provitamins (e.g., biotin, B12).”Probiotyk jest to preparat zawierający kultury żywych mikroorganizmów proleczniczych (niekoniecznie występujących normalnie w układzie pokarmowym, ale korzystnie wpływających na jego funkcjonowanie) i symbiotycznych, bytujących w przewodzie pokarmowym, które współżyją z organizmem gospodarza, wspomagając procesy trawienia, zabezpieczając powierzchnie tkanek przed rozwojem patogennej mikroflory oraz będąc źródłem witamin i prowitamin (np. biotyna, B12).

The review suggests that kefir may support the treatment of H. pylori infection, but the evidence is limited and many studies had a high risk of bias.
Aim of the study: Kefir, a traditional fermented-milk beverage, has increasingly been promoted for various health benefits. However, evidence from systematic reviews is limited. Evidence from randomized controlled trials testing the oral consumption of fermented-milk kefir for any human health or disease outcome.
Results: Kefir is a dairy product with a unique microbiological profile that appears to be safe for generally healthy populations to consume. However, efficacy and safety data from high-quality human trials are essential before any recommendations can be made for conditions involving the oral and gastric microbiota or metabolic health.

The review indicates that consuming yogurt and other fermented foods may benefit gut health and health beyond the gut, although it does not provide specific study results here.
Aim of the study: Increased consumption of yogurt, kefir, and other fermented foods has been driven, in part, by the health benefits these products may provide. Epidemiological studies have shown that consuming fermented foods is associated with lower risks of type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and heart disease, as well as improved weight management.
Results: In contrast, for other fermented foods, such as sauerkraut, kimchi, and miso, fermentation is started by microbes naturally present in the raw material. In both cases, for these fermentation-associated microbes to affect the gut microbiome and contribute to the host’s health, they must temporarily overcome colonization resistance and other host defenses. Culture-based and culture-independent methods have now clearly established that many of these microbes in fermented dairy and non-dairy foods do reach the gastrointestinal tract. Several studies have shown that consuming yogurt and other fermented foods may improve intestinal and extraintestinal health and may be useful for improving lactose malabsorption, treating infectious diarrhea, reducing the duration and incidence of respiratory infections, and enhancing immune and anti-inflammatory responses.

„Anecdotal evidence, observational studies, and prospective clinical trials have suggested that various probiotics and fermented foods are effective and safe for preventing and treating AAD, including CDI. [5-23] In 2017, a Cochrane analysis of 31 clinical trials concluded that there was moderate evidence for the effectiveness and safety of probiotics. The analysis noted that more adverse events occurred in patients receiving placebos than in patients receiving probiotics. The reviewers acknowledged the need for further studies, but felt that the existing evidence was sufficient to recommend informing hospitalized patients about the benefits and risks of probiotics.”Anecdotal, observational, and prospective clinical trials have suggested effectiveness and safety of a variety of probiotics and fermented foods for the prevention and treatment of AAD, including CDI. „The microbiome in chicken and hog manure is tuned by this feed, which is rich in lactic acid and probiotics, and the nutrients in the grains become more bioavailable through lacto-fermentation. Chickens and hogs are rotated across the land with grazing cows, spreading manure with a favorable microbiome balance. In subsequent seasons, cows grazing on the land have their microbiomes further tuned toward a favorable balance by manure spread by the other species.”The microbiome in the manures of the chickens and hogs is tuned by this lactic-acid-rich and probiotic-rich feed, and the nutrients in the grains are made more bioavailable by lactofermentation.
