An optimal level of vitamin C should prevent lipids from building up in blood vessels and slow the development of atherosclerosis.
„For example, by taking vitamin C supplements, an optimal level of which prevents lipids from building up in blood vessels, thereby slowing the development of arteriosclerosis. It is worth remembering that the buildup of atherosclerotic plaque is the body’s defensive response to degenerative processes.”A chociażby stosując suplementację witaminą C, której optymalny poziom, zapobiega odkładaniu się lipidów w naczyniach krwionośnych, co hamuje rozwój arteriosklerozy. Warto pamiętać, że odkładanie się blaszki miażdżycowej to walka obronna organizmu przed procesami degeneracyjnymi.

Vitamin deficiencies, especially of vitamins C and D, are said to weaken the integrity of collagen in blood vessels.
„The integrity of collagen structures in blood vessels is reduced for a trivial reason such as a vitamin deficiency. Vitamins C and D are particularly involved. It is worth recalling why this happens. Because our food is sh…ty. In the Gierek era, Polish farmers growing crops used manure that contained a whole range of essential micro- and macronutrients.”Obniżenie spójności struktur kolagenowych w naczyniach krwionośnych wynikające z błahej przyczyny jak niedobór witamin. Szczególnie chodzi o witaminy C i D. Warto przypomnieć, dlaczego tak się dzieje? Ponieważ nasze pożywienie jest gówni…e. Elevated homocysteine levels, not cholesterol, are said to be responsible for the formation of atherosclerotic plaque.
„Cholesterol is not responsible for the formation of atherosclerotic plaque; elevated homocysteine levels are. Conventional medicine tells us to lower its level below the physiological range, that is, below 200 mg/dl (below 5 mmol/l). We are given a prescription for statins, and only then do complications begin.”Za powstawanie blaszki miażdżycowej nie odpowiada cholesterol, a podwyższony poziom homocysteiny.
Jerzy Jaśkowski links heart attacks to changes in pH and the crystallization of phosphates, and claims that examinations of the observed deaths found no blocked coronary artery.
„If, for some reason, a small group of cells begins producing an increased amount of carbon dioxide, it causes carbonic acid to form, which changes the pH. Even a change of 0.1 causes phosphates to crystallize, making them stiff and unable to contract—and that is precisely a heart attack. For 10 years, we observed deaths following heart attacks—there was no blockage of a coronary artery in any case. There were atherosclerotic plaques, certainly, but they are caused by something else.”Jeżeli z jakiegoś powodu mała grupa komórek zaczyna produkować zwiększoną ilość dwutlenku węgla, to on powoduje powstanie kwasu węglowego, czyli zmianę pH, a zmiana nawet o 0,1 powoduje krystalizację fosforanów, czyli usztywnienie i brak skurczu – a to właśnie zawał. Przez 10 lat obserwowaliśmy zgony po zawałach – nigdzie nie było zamknięcia tętnicy wieńcowej – owszem były blaszki miażdżycowe, ale one są z innego powodu.
Jerzy Jaśkowski
Jerzy Jaśkowski presents cholesterol as a protective “bandage” over damage to an artery, and atherosclerotic plaque as lime.
„If damage occurs, it is covered with cholesterol so that the charge is zero rather than positive, because a zero charge also does not cause attraction. So it is a kind of bandage. Atherosclerotic plaque is lime, and cholesterol can be compared to rubber. If someone wants to link heart attacks and atherosclerotic plaque, they should fight the lime; there are no drugs that lower lime levels.”Jeśli dojdzie do uszkodzeń, przykrywa się to cholesterolem, żeby ładunek był zerowy, a nie dodatni, bo zerowy również nie powoduje przyciągania. Więc to rodzaj plastra. Blaszka miażdżycowa to wapno, a cholesterol można porównać do kauczuku. Jeśli ktoś chce połączyć zawały i blaszkę miażdżycową, to powinien zwalczać wapno, a nie ma leków obniżających poziom wapna.
Jerzy Jaśkowski
Jerzy Jaśkowski claims that a clot forms after blood circulation stops, rather than causing it to stop.
„It has also been proven that a clot forms as a result of blood circulation stopping; it does not cause circulation to stop. So one cannot say that a blood clot caused a heart attack. In addition, heart attacks are much more common when cholesterol is low, but what forensic medicine does is accelerate the killing of people.”Udowodniono również, że skrzep powstaje w wyniku ustania krążenia, a nie jest jego przyczyną. Więc nie można powiedzieć, że skrzeplina spowodowała zawał. Dodatkowo przy niskim cholesterolu zawał jest znacznie częściej, ale to, co robi medycyna sądowa, to przyspieszenie uśmiercania ludzi.

In people who had a heart attack or bypass surgery, supplementation with vitamins C and E and beta-carotene reduced the concentration of lipid peroxidation products.
Aim of the study: An increasing body of evidence suggests that, alongside hypercholesterolemia, peroxidative processes and the natural antioxidant defense system play an important role in the development of atherosclerosis. Our earlier investigation showed increased intensity of peroxidative processes during acute myocardial infarction and unsatisfactory tocopherol, ascorbic acid, and retinol status.
Results: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of antioxidant vitamin supplementation for 21 days on peroxidative processes in patients after a heart attack or bypass surgery who were admitted to a cardiac rehabilitation center. Daily oral supplementation with vitamins C and E and beta-carotene significantly decreased plasma lipid peroxide concentration (TBARS). The greatest drop in TBARS activity was found in the bypass group. Vitamin supplementation had no significant effect on antioxidant enzyme activity.

Lower blood vitamin C levels were associated with the presence of unstable coronary syndrome, but not with the extent of atherosclerosis.
Aim of the study: This study sought to investigate the relations between plasma antioxidant status, the extent of atherosclerosis, and the activity of coronary artery disease. Previous studies indicate that increased antioxidant intake is associated with a lower risk of coronary disease, but the underlying mechanisms remain controversial.
Results: Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age (p < 0.001), diabetes mellitus (p < 0.001), male gender (p < 0.001), and hypercholesterolemia (p = 0.02) were independent predictors of the extent of atherosclerosis. No antioxidant or oxidant marker correlated with the extent of atherosclerosis. However, lower plasma ascorbic acid concentration predicted the presence of unstable coronary syndrome in multiple logistic regression (odds ratio [OR] 0.59, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.40 to 0.89, p = 0.01). The severity of atherosclerosis also predicted the presence of unstable coronary syndrome (OR 1.7, 95% CI 1.14 to 2.47, p = 0.008) when all patients were considered.

„[3-7] They develop the hypothesis that: A primary cause of atherosclerosis and heart attack is a chronic deficiency of vitamin C and other micronutrients. Due to vitamin C deficiency, which leads to decreased collagen production, the arterial walls become weakened and unstable. In this threatening situation, the body tries to repair the artery walls in a “makeshift” way by depositing repair molecules. For this purpose, the body increasingly produces such repair molecules, of which the aforementioned lp(a) plays the decisive role. If vitamin C deficiency continues, the accumulation of lp(a) leads to the development of atherosclerotic plaques and to myocardial infarction and stroke.”[3-7] They develop the hypothesis that: A primary cause of atherosclerosis and heart attack is a chronic deficiency of vitamin C and other micronutrients Due to the vitamin C deficiency which leads to decreased collagen production, the arterial walls become weakened and unstable In this threatening situation, the body tries to repair the artery walls in a "makeshift" way by depositing repair molecules For this purpose, the body increasingly produces such repair molecules, of which the aforementioned lp(a) plays the decisive role If vitamin C deficiency continues, the accumulation of lp(a) leads to the development of atherosclerotic plaques and to myocardial infarction and stroke.
