The court reasoning cited by the STOP NOP Association states that mandatory tuberculosis and hepatitis B vaccinations apply to children, but that they may be administered by age 15 and age 19, respectively.
„Hepatitis B and BCG vaccinations are mandatory, but the deadline for administering them under the regulation quoted above is age 15 and age 19. The hospital that referred the case to court said that the parents had not consented to their daughter's vaccination, but knew that in the statement signed by Beata B.”WZW B i BCG są obowiązkowe ale termin ich wykonania w wyżej cytowanym rozporządzeniu jest do 15 roku życia i 19 roku życia.

The tuberculosis and hepatitis B vaccinations given in the first 24 hours are part of the infant-dose schedule described by the STOP NOP Association.
„Children up to 6 months of age are also offered recommended vaccinations against rotavirus and pneumococcal disease (2?3 doses). Together with the tuberculosis and hepatitis B vaccinations given in the first 24 hours of life, an infant receives 24?26 doses of foreign antigens.”Dziecku do 6 miesiąca życia proponowane są także zalecane szczepienia przeciwko rotawirusom i pneumokokom (2?3 dawki). Łącznie z przeprowadzanym w pierwszej dobie życia szczepieniem przeciw gruźlicy i WZW B niemowlę otrzymuje 24?26 dawek antygenu obcogatunkowego.

The STOP NOP Association says that in Scandinavian countries, infants receive their first vaccinations at three months of age.
„In Scandinavian countries, which have the lowest newborn mortality rates, vaccinations are voluntary and infants receive their first vaccines at 3 months of age. During the first year of life, they receive nine recommended vaccinations, and at 18 months ?”W krajach skandynawskich, w których notuje się najmniejszą umieralność noworodków, szczepienia są dobrowolne i pierwsze szczepionki niemowlęta otrzymują w 3 miesiącu życia. W pierwszym roku życia otrzymują dziewięć zalecanych szczepień, a w 18 miesiącu ?

The STOP NOP Association describes an adverse reaction as a health disorder temporally and causally related to vaccination, and a complication as a reaction that may, in extreme cases, be life-threatening.
„An adverse vaccine reaction (NOP) is any health disorder temporally and causally related to vaccination (Bernatowska 2004). It is a temporary, local or general reaction of the body to the vaccine given. A post-vaccination complication (PP), on the other hand, involves an excessive or pathological reaction with features of a vaccine-related disease, which in extreme cases can lead to permanent damage, a threat to life or even death (Taraszkiewicz et al.”Niepożądany odczyn poszczepienny (NOP) to każde zaburzenie zdrowia czasowo i przyczynowo związane ze szczepieniem (Bernatowska 2004).

The STOP NOP Association says that staff should inform parents, obtain their consent, and not vaccinate the newborn if the parents refuse.
„The doctor who assesses whether a child is fit for this procedure and orders it should give the parents full information about the vaccination and refrain from proceeding if they do not consent. It is also preferable for consent to be given in writing (Kubiak 2010).”Lekarz kwalifikujący dziecko do tego zabiegu i zlecający go powinien przekazać rodzicom pełną informację o szczepieniu i powstrzymać się od niego jeśli rodzice nie wyrażają na to zgody.

Jerzy Zięba describes a case of a newborn weighing 600 grams who was given a hepatitis B vaccine the day before dying.
„In the next few seconds, I learned that the child had been given a hepatitis B vaccine the day before, and had died the following day. One might think this is nothing unusual; vaccines of this kind are ruthlessly forced on newborns.”W ciągu następnych kilku sekund dowiedziałem się, że dzień wcześniej podano dziecku szczepionkę przeciw WZW B, a następnego dnia dziecko zmarło.
Jerzy Zięba claims that there is no procedure allowing a child with a birth weight of 600 grams to be vaccinated against hepatitis B.
„Yet there is no procedure allowing a child with a birth weight of 600 g to be vaccinated against hepatitis B. There is no procedure, and yet this preparation is administered. This premature baby is not, after all, in a life-threatening condition. A premature baby with a birth weight of 600 g may weigh about as much as two small sparrows.”Podczas gdy nie istnieje procedura pozwalająca na szczepienie szczepionką przeciw WZW B dziecka o wadze urodzeniowej 600 g.
Hubert Czerniak
Hubert Czerniak claims that vaccinations are the main cause of autism and that excessive, too-early and toxic vaccinations are particularly harmful.
„Numerous pieces of evidence show that excessive, too-early and toxic vaccinations are the main cause of autism. Doctors often insist that autism is a genetic disorder because it is diagnosed mainly in children. It is worth noting that we hardly ever see autism among unvaccinated children.”Liczne dowody wskazują, że nadmierne, zbyt wczesne i toksyczne szczepienia są główną przyczyną autyzmu.

A review says that promptly giving a newborn hepatitis B vaccine and immunoglobulin is essential to preventing infection from the mother.
Aim of the study: Viral hepatitis during pregnancy is common globally. In this review, we focus on the antenatal screen for hepatitis A, B, C and E, the prevention of mother-to-child transmission (MTCT) of hepatitis B and C, and the management of hepatitis A, B, C and E during pregnancy.
Results: In this review, we focus on the antenatal screen for hepatitis A, B, C and E, the prevention of mother-to-child transmission (MTCT) of hepatitis B and C, and the management of hepatitis A, B, C and E during pregnancy. Timely administration of hepatitis B immunoglobulin and hepatitis B vaccine to newborns is the cornerstone of preventing mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus (HBV). Perinatal antiviral prophylaxis with tenofovir disoproxil fumarate in mothers who are HBeAg-positive or have HBV DNA >2 × 105 IU/ml also plays an important role in further reducing transmission. Avoiding risky practices when managing labor and delivery in women with HCV infection may help reduce mother-to-child transmission of HCV. Regular liver function tests to detect severe liver injury or liver failure associated with hepatitis viruses early are essential to prevent maternal deaths associated with hepatitis.

The review lists timely vaccination of newborns as one of the key ways to prevent perinatal hepatitis B infection.
Aim of the study: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is efficiently transmitted to newborn infants in the perinatal period and can lead to chronic infection, cirrhosis, liver cancer, and death. Despite the availability of effective prevention measures necessary to eliminate perinatal HBV transmission, significant gaps remain in the implementation of these prevention measures.

Despite the availability of effective prevention measures necessary to eliminate perinatal HBV transmission, significant gaps remain in the implementation of these prevention measures. All clinicians who care for pregnant persons and their newborn infants need to know the key prevention measures including (1) identification of HBV surface antigen (HBsAg)-positive pregnant persons, (2) antiviral treatment of HBsAg-positive pregnant persons with high viral loads, (3) timely postexposure prophylaxis of infants born to HBsAg-positive persons, (4) and timely universal vaccination of newborn infants.

The review says that universal vaccination against hepatitis B has significantly reduced infection rates in young children.
Aim of the study: Vaccination against hepatitis B is the most effective strategy to control HBV infection. The first licensed hepatitis B vaccine was developed by the purification of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) from plasma of asymptomatic HBsAg carriers.
Results: The concurrent use of hepatitis B immunoglobulin and hepatitis B vaccine has substantially reduced mother-to-child transmission of HBV, with infection rates close to zero in children of carrier mothers who are negative for hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg), and 5-10% in children of HBeAg-positive mothers. By the end of 2018, 189 countries had adopted a universal hepatitis B vaccination program, which dramatically reduced the global prevalence of HBsAg in children <5 y of age, from 4.7% in the prevaccine era to 1.3% in 2015. However, implementation of universal hepatitis B vaccination is suboptimal in some regions, and a timely birth-dose vaccine is not routinely given to more than half of newborn infants. Achieving optimal universal hepatitis B vaccination worldwide requires more efforts to overcome social and economic challenges.

„Probably the most common term used to describe epidemic prevention is “vaccine.” International agencies such as WHO, sovereign governments, major foundations, the pharmaceutical industry, and leaders at major medical institutions all seem focused on vaccines and vaccines alone. We wish we had a Covid-19 vaccine today. We wish we had had a Covid-19 vaccine 4 months ago. But unfortunately, we didn't and we don't. The best estimate is that a vaccine is at least 18-24 months away, if possible at all.”Probably the most common term used to describe prevention of epidemics is "vaccine." „Vaccination is ineffective. The Salk vaccine was declared a failure and replaced by the Sabin vaccine. There is no question that polio morbidity had dropped dramatically since the beginning of the 1950s, but — judging by health authorities' reactions to switching to the Sabin vaccine — the Salk vaccine was not the primary reason for that decline. Studies show that neither vaccine confers herd immunity nor prevents the transmission of polio. Acute flaccid paralysis began to wane in the 1960s and 70s, but this happened too late to be explained by vaccination. The narrative changes again, and polio is once more declared a disease of poor sanitation.
