The STOP NOP Association lists studies describing the movement of aluminum adjuvants to the brain and neurological and neuroinflammatory effects.
„A number of studies document the worrying effects of these adjuvants on the body: their cellular fate, bioretention, translocation to the brain, and numerous adverse effects (allergies, autoimmunity, neurological and neuroinflammatory events, behavioral changes) in humans and in animal and cell models.”Jest szereg badań dokumentujących niepokojący wpływ takich adiuwantów na organizm: losy komórkowe, bioretencję, translokację do mózgu oraz liczne skutki niepożądane (alergia, autoimmunizacja, zdarzenia neurologiczne i neurozapalne, zmiany behawioralne) u ludzi oraz w modelach zwierzęcych i komórkowych.
Andrzej Frydrychowski
Andrzej Frydrychowski writes that metals added to vaccines as adjuvants cause inflammation of microglia in the brain.
„Heavy metals are added to vaccines as adjuvants to strengthen the immune response to the administered antigen after vaccination. Unfortunately, they cause inflammation of microglia in the brain and all the associated consequences, including autism.”Metale ciężkie są dodawane do szczepionek jako adjuwanty, celem wzmocnienia poszczepiennej odpowiedzi odpornościowej na podany antygen. Niestety, wywołują one stan zapalny mikrogleju w mózgu i wszystkie związane z tym konsekwencje, między innymi autyzm.
Piotr Witczak
Piotr Witczak attributes a possible role in neurotoxicity to aluminum through synergy with mercury.
„However, given mercury’s much broader toxicity profile compared with aluminum, the role of aluminum in the pathomechanism of autism is more likely an effect of the documented synergy between the two elements in neurotoxicity[39]. In other words, injecting aluminum into a body already burdened with mercury may be like adding fuel to the fire and may result in a serious post-vaccination reaction.”Biorąc jednak pod uwagę o wiele bardziej wszechstronny profil toksyczności rtęci w porównaniu do aluminium, udział glinu w patomechanizmie autyzmu to bardziej efekt udokumentowanego synergizmu w neurotoksyczności obu pierwiastków[39]. Innymi słowy, wstrzykiwanie aluminium do organizmu obciążonego rtęcią może być dolewaniem oliwy do ognia i skutkować poważnym odczynem poszczepiennym.
Jerzy Jaśkowski
Jerzy Jaśkowski raises the possibility that aluminum can damage the brain, classifying it, along with mercury, as a neurotoxin.
„If toxicologists say that mercury and aluminum are neurotoxins that damage the central nervous system, or brain, then why are they injected directly into the blood of children [who do not have a blood-brain barrier] and supposedly do not damage the brain? The same applies to injecting vaccines into women who are pregnant or want to become pregnant.”Jeżeli toksykolodzy twierdzą, że rtęć i aluminium są neurotoksynami uszkadzającymi centralny układ nerwowy, czyli mózg, to dlaczego wstrzykiwane są dzieciom [nieposiadającym bariery krew – mózg] bezpośrednio do krwi i rzekomo nie uszkadzają mózgu? To samo dotyczy wstrzykiwania szczepionki kobietom w ciąży lub chcących zajść w ciążę.
Jerzy Jaśkowski
Jerzy Jaśkowski classifies aluminum as a heavy metal linked to diabetes and claims that toxins administered into the blood must damage the brain.
„The link between diabetes and exposure to heavy metals, such as mercury, lead, cadmium, or aluminum, was observed and demonstrated long ago. The development of the blood-brain barrier is not complete until the age of 3, so any toxins administered into the blood must simply damage the brain.”Już dawno zaobserwowano i udowodniono związek występowania cukrzycy u osób narażonych na działanie metali ciężkich, tj. rtęć, ołów, kadm czy aluminium. Rozwój bariery krew – mózg do 3. roku życia jest niezakończony, tak więc wszelkie toksyny podawane do krwi muszą po prostu uszkadzać mózg.

The STOP NOP Association points out that, in Gardasil studies, the control may have contained an aluminum adjuvant whose safety was not properly assessed.
„“The promotional materials for the study and the informed consent forms indicated that the placebo was saline or an inactive substance, when in fact it contained Merck’s highly reactogenic aluminum adjuvant, whose safety appears not to have been properly assessed.”

Stowarzyszenie STOP NOP
The STOP NOP Association claims that comparing Gardasil with another vaccine or adjuvant does not allow its safety to be reliably assessed.
„If both groups receive interventions that cause adverse effects, the safety of the product being studied cannot be reliably determined.
Example: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12640750/ — a review of RCTs. Serious adverse events—no difference compared with the control group—in most key Gardasil RCTs, the vaccine was not compared with an inert placebo!”Jeśli obie grupy otrzymują interwencje, które powodują skutki uboczne, to nie da się wiarygodnie określić bezpieczeństwa badanego produktu.
Przykład: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12640750/ – przegląd badań RCT. Ciężkie zdarzenia niepożądane – brak różnicy w porównaniu z grupą kontrolną – w większości kluczowych RCT Gardasilu nie porównywano z obojętnym placebo!

A review indicates that large studies have found no link between vaccines with aluminum adjuvants and autism or neurotoxicity.
Aim of the study: Aluminum salts have been used as adjuvants in vaccines for nearly a century, enhancing the immune response to purified antigens and ensuring durable protection against serious infectious diseases. Despite their longstanding record of safety and effectiveness, aluminum adjuvants have become a focus of public concern, with claims linking them to developmental, neurologic, allergic, and autoimmune diseases.
Results: Large-scale clinical and epidemiologic studies consistently demonstrate no association between aluminum-adjuvanted vaccines and autism spectrum disorder, neurotoxicity, allergic disease, or autoimmune disease. Clinically, vaccines adjuvanted solely with aluminum salts generally do not result in systemic reactogenicity, although local reactions are common. Collectively, the evidence strongly supports the safety of aluminum adjuvants and their necessity in certain vaccines. Clinicians can reassure caregivers that aluminum-containing vaccines provide clear benefits, with risks largely limited to transient local reactions and no systemic toxicity signal in large clinical and epidemiologic studies.

In a study in mice, vaccines containing aluminum did not cause abnormalities in the brain or other organs examined.
Aim of the study: In Japan, neuropsychological symptoms after human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations were publicized as "adverse effects," leading to vaccine hesitancy. Anti-vaccine activists claimed that adjuvants in HPV vaccines could cause an immune-mediated neurological disease.
Results: No groups exhibited any clinical signs, except for the vVZV group, which lost body weight temporarily following each injection. Weight loss in the vVZV group was associated with increased levels of cytokines, including interleukin (IL)-18. Experiments using IL-18 receptor-deficient mice and AS01 injection alone demonstrated that IL-18 and AS01 contributed to weight loss. Since 2vHPV containing AS04 (AH and MPL) did not induce weight loss, QS-21, but not MPL, in AS01 seemed responsible for weight loss, demonstrating the safety of MPL.

„By 18 months of age, a child who has received all recommended vaccines will have had a load of 5mg of aluminum, while the FDA regards only 0.85 mg as "safe." Unsafe levels of aluminum and mercury can end up in the brain where they can promote inflammation as in the immune system, and thus they are commonly associated with several neurological diseases including the dreaded Alzheimer's disease. Couple this aluminum load with the large intake derived from infant formula (bottle) feeding for the vulnerable infant and we have a significant problem.”By 18 months of age, a child who has received all recommended vaccines will have had a load of 5mg of aluminum, while the FDA regards only 0.85 mg as "safe." „For example, a recent research paper explained that nanomaterials such as this aluminum adjuvant can be transported by immune system cells first into the blood, lymph nodes, and spleen, and in some cases may penetrate into the brain. [1] This type of access throughout the body is potentially life-threatening. The brain symptoms are often the most delayed because of the time the aluminum takes to travel from the blood through the blood-brain-barrier into the brain. Aluminum accumulates in neurons in the brain, and it is toxic to neurons, causing a variety of pathological conditions.”For example, a recent research paper explained that nanomaterials such as this aluminum adjuvant can be transported by immune system cells first into the blood, lymph nodes, and spleen, and in some cases may penetrate into the brain.
