Toxins — are they behind every disease?

Sources: 17 · Article: 14 970 characters

Piotr Witczak links mercury to many diseases, including multiple sclerosis and ALS.

  • Michał Tombak attributes a wide-ranging effect on the body to toxins and parasites.
  • Igor Dogocki lists environmental toxins as one factor that burdens the immune system.
  • Henryk Różański lists toxins as one of several possible causes of diarrhea.

What the authors write

Michał Tombak

Michał Tombak links toxins absorbed from the intestine to poisoning the whole body and attributes almost all inflammation to parasites.

„Toxins absorbed through the walls of the large intestine enter the blood and spread throughout the body, gradually poisoning it. It should therefore be understood that almost all inflammation in the body is caused by parasites living in it (bacteria, fungi, viruses, and human worms).”Toksyny, wchłaniane przez ścianki jelita grubego, przedostając się do krwi i rozchodząc po całym organizmie, stopniowo go zatruwają. Należy więc rozumieć, że prawie wszystkie stany zapalne w organizmie powodowane są przez żyjące w nim pasożyty (bakterie, grzyby, wirusy, robaki ludzkie).
Piotr Witczak

Piotr Witczak writes that mercury buildup can disrupt metabolism and lead to disease, depending on the body's susceptibility.

„At some point, the body is no longer able to compensate for the growing metabolic disturbances. It gives in, and disease develops. Disrupted mineral transport can be identified from the results of a hair element analysis at the Doctor’s Data laboratory (verification of the “counting rules” developed by Dr. A.”W pewnym momencie organizm już nie jest w stanie kompensować narastających zaburzeń metabolicznych, kapituluje i rozwija się choroba. Identyfikacja zaburzonego transportu mineralnego możliwa jest na podstawie wyników analizy pierwiastkowej włosów w laboratorium Doctor’s Data (weryfikacja „reguł zliczania” opracowanych przez dr A.
Piotr Witczak

Piotr Witczak links mercury and other toxic elements to impaired bodily function, but notes the role of genes and environmental conditions.

„Environmental and genetic factors determine the specific nature, direction, and intensity of metabolic disturbances caused by toxic metals, which also have different physicochemical properties. What is more, exposure to toxic elements is virtually undetectable by standard diagnostic tests (urine and blood tests).”Czynniki środowiskowe i genetyczne decydują o specyfice, kierunku i intensywności zaburzeń metabolicznych powodowanych przez toksyczne metale, a te dodatkowo mają różne właściwości fizykochemiczne. Co więcej, obciążenie toksycznymi pierwiastkami jest właściwie niewykrywalne standardowymi testami diagnostycznymi (badanie moczu i krwi).
Piotr Witczak

Piotr Witczak describes mercury as a factor associated with many diseases, including multiple sclerosis and ALS.

„At first, symptoms may be subtle and episodic, but an affected body has many metabolic disturbances that consistently lead to the development of many chronic diseases, depending on our genetic susceptibilities, including MS. Mercury is the most toxic heavy metal found in the environment and has unique, wide-ranging properties that affect human physiology, setting it apart from other toxins we know.”Początkowo objawy mogą być subtelne i epizodyczne, ale obciążony organizm ma wiele zaburzeń metabolicznych, które konsekwentnie prowadzą do rozwoju wielu chorób przewlekłych w zależności od naszych podatności genetycznych, w tym do rozwoju SM. Rtęć jest najbardziej toksycznym metalem ciężkim występującym w środowisku i ma unikalne, wszechstronne właściwości modulujące fizjologię człowieka, które wyróżniają ten pierwiastek na tle innych znanych nam toksyn.
Igor Dogocki

Igor Dogocki lists environmental toxins as one external factor that burdens the immune system and is associated with chronic diseases.

„From a medical point of view, our times are marked by increasing interference with and strain on the immune system from internal factors (e.g. autoimmune diseases and allergies) and external factors (e.g. toxins in the air, water, and food). This causes a cascade of systemic diseases, especially chronic ones.”Z medycznego punktu widzenia nasze czasy charakteryzują się coraz większą ingerencją i obciążaniem układu odpornościowego przez czynniki wewnętrzne (np. choroby autoimmunologiczne, alergie) i zewnętrzne (np. toksyny w powietrzu, wodzie, żywności). Powoduje to lawinę chorób ogólnoustrojowych, zwłaszcza o charakterze przewlekłym.
Nathan S. Bryan

Nathan S. Bryan claims that the long-term buildup of toxins disrupts metabolism and can make people sick.

„Toxins build up over time and cause a disruption in normal metabolism. If we don’t take steps to limit exposure to toxins or remove the body of toxins, they build up and over time and make people sick. There are three main types of toxins that the body deals with: 1.”Toxins build up over time and cause a disruption in normal metabolism. Nathan S. Bryan

Nathan S. Bryan lists infections, heavy metals, and environmental pollution as sources of toxins.

„There are three main types of toxins that the body deals with: 1. Toxins produced from bacterial and viral infections. If you have an infection, either from a bacterium or virus, these pathogens secrete toxins as part of their metabolism. Therefore if you have an infection i.e.”There are three main types of toxins that the body deals with: 1. Toxins produced from bacterial and viral infections. Nathan S. Bryan

Nathan S. Bryan identifies toxins in food and the environment as a problem, but also stresses the importance of providing the body with essential nutrients.

„If we do not address these two fundamental issues, then our body will not heal or perform no matter which dietary pattern we choose. If our diets are not providing ALL of the essential nutrients then it will not be beneficial. If our diets are exposing us to herbicides, pesticides or other toxins then it will not be beneficial for us.”If we do not address these two fundamental issues, then our body will not heal or perform no matter which dietary pattern we choose. If our diets are not providing ALL of the essential nutrients then it will not be beneficial. If our diets are exposing us to herbicides, pesticides or other toxins then it will not be beneficial for us.
Henryk Różański

Henryk Różański lists toxins as one of several possible causes of diarrhea, alongside psychological, physical, infectious, and allergic causes.

„Diarrhea is only a symptom and can be caused by many factors: 1. Psychological factors (stress, shock, emotions); 2. Physical factors (getting chilled, overheating, eating cold food, eating food that is too hot); 3. Chemical factors (xenobiotics that irritate the intestines, plant toxins, medicines, toxins released as food spoils); 4. Infectious factors (bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa, parasitic invertebrates); 5. Allergic factors (food allergens).”Biegunka jest jedynie objawem i może być wywołana wieloma czynnikami:1. Czynniki psychiczne (stres, szok, emocje); 2. Czynniki fizyczne (oziębienie, przegrzanie, spożywanie zimnego pokarmu, spożywanie zbyt gorącego pokarmu); 3. Czynniki chemiczne (ksenobiotyki drażniące jelita, toksyny roślinne, leki, toksyny wydzielane podczas psucia się środków pokarmowych); 4. Czynniki zakaźne (bakterie, wirusy, grzyby, pierwotniaki, bezkręgowce pasożytnicze); 5. Czynniki alergiczne (alergeny pokarmowe)
Jerzy Zięba

Jerzy Zięba warns that toxins in food can weaken the body and that food quality matters for health.

„Nevertheless, dietitians and doctors keep recommending more vegetables and more fish—in other words, more toxins and more heavy metals. They completely fail to consider the quality of what they recommend, even though food quality determines whether we strengthen our bodies or significantly weaken them.”Niemniej jednak dietetycy i lekarze ciągle zalecają: więcej warzyw, więcej ryb, czyli więcej toksyn, więcej metali ciężkich. Nie biorą zupełnie pod uwagę jakości tego, co polecają, a jakość żywności właśnie decyduje o tym, czy nasz organizm wzmacniamy, czy go w sposób zdecydowany osłabiamy.
Michał Tombak

Michał Tombak attributes effects on the body to toxins produced by cancer and claims that removing them makes it easier for the liver and kidneys to do their work.

„Cleansing the large intestine (enemas) helps remove from the body toxins produced by the vital functions of cancer cells. If the toxins are not removed, they enter the brain with the blood and block the self-regulation of vital processes. Removing toxic substances from the large intestine greatly eases the detoxifying work of the liver and kidneys. There is an opinion that enemas flush out beneficial bacteria, causing dysbiosis.”Oczyszczanie jelita grubego (lewatywy) pomaga usunąć z organizmu toksyny, które powstają w wyniku funkcji życiowych komórek nowotworowych. Jeżeli toksyny nie są usuwane, wraz z krwią dostają się do mózgu i blokują samoregulację procesów życiowych. Wyprowadzanie toksycznych substancji z jelita grubego znacznie ułatwia detoksykacyjną pracę wątroby i nerek.Istnieje opinia, że lewatywy wypłukują pożyteczne bakterie, powodując dysbakteriozę.
Thomas E. Levy

Thomas E. Levy links chronic dental infections to serious diseases and toxins that, he says, bacteria produce in oxygen-deprived conditions.

„Chronic dental infections cause more substantial disease and early death than any other singular condition, by far. Dental infections nearly always occur in confined, oxygen-starved microenvironments, a situation that makes many otherwise harmless bacteria and assorted pathogens become exceptionally toxic.”Chronic dental infections cause more substantial disease and early death than any other singular condition, by far. Dental infections nearly always occur in confined, oxygen-starved microenvironments, a situation that makes many otherwise harmless bacteria and assorted pathogens become exceptionally toxic.
Hubert Czerniak

Hubert Czerniak claims that metals in vaccines damage the nervous system and can lead to specific disorders and diabetes.

„These heavy metals damage the central nervous system. At first, ordinary functional disorders occur, but unfortunately this is later followed by what is like a remodeling of the brain. Citing research by Professor Alicja Majewska, he says that aluminum found in vaccines causes chronic inflammation of the brain.”Te metale ciężkie uszkadzają ośrodkowy układ nerwowy. Na początku występują zwykłe zaburzenia funkcji, niestety potem następuje jakby remodeling mózgu. Powołując się na badania prof. Alicji Majewskiej, aluminium występujące w szczepionkach wywołuje przewlekłe zapalenie mózgu.
Hubert Czerniak

Hubert Czerniak lists toxins as one of several dangers and also points to the importance of immunity and individual sensitivity.

„Bacterial toxins, metallic contaminants, and live viruses are the most dangerous. Vaccinations also disrupt the immune system and the gut flora, causing acute and chronic inflammation of the digestive system in as many as about 70% of autistic children.”Bakteryjne toksyny, metaliczne zanieczyszczenia i żywe wirusy są najbardziej groźne. Szczepienia zaburzają też układ odpornościowy i florę bakteryjną jelit, wywołując ostre i chroniczne stany zapalne układu pokarmowego aż u około 70% dzieci autystycznych.

The review indicates that uremic toxins may worsen cardiovascular disease and affect other systems in people with chronic kidney disease.

Aim of the study: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) represents a significant public health problem. Patients with CKD have high morbidity and mortality, mainly due to cardiovascular diseases.

Results: They are also potentially implicated in neurological impairment, bone disorders, and sarcopenia. Some uremic toxins originate from dietary components and gut microbiota metabolism, which are key mechanisms and pathways in uremic toxicity. Current dialysis therapies only partially mitigate uremic toxicity, highlighting the need for strategies that reduce uremic toxin generation as well as more efficient dialysis modalities. Given the importance of uremic toxins in CKD progression, this review provides a comprehensive overview of uremic toxicity, focusing on its pathophysiological mechanisms, its relationship with the gut microbiota, and emerging interventions to mitigate its deleterious effects.

The review indicates that removing toxins by hemoadsorption combined with hemodialysis may ease some symptoms in patients receiving dialysis.

Aim of the study: Patients on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) still have a high burden of symptoms, even with current dialysis techniques. One main reason is that many uremic toxins are not fully removed.

Results: In summary, HAHD is a reasonable blood purification modality to add on standard dialysis therapy and shows potential clinical benefits. When assessing the efficacy of HAHD, attention should be paid not only to changes in clinical factors but also to subjective experiences of patients. More studies are needed to define which patients benefit most and to confirm its effects on important outcomes such as hospitalization and survival. There is also a need for more high-quality clinical evidence to support the practice of HAHD and to achieve consensus on treatment standards and protocols.

The review presents evidence that some uremic toxins may be associated with vascular inflammation and cardiovascular complications in chronic kidney disease, but the strength of the evidence varies.

Aim of the study: Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in chronic kidney disease (CKD), largely driven by accelerated atherosclerosis and vascular calcification. These complications cannot be fully explained by traditional cardiovascular risk factors, indicating that CKD-specific mechanisms may contribute to persistent vascular inflammation.

Results: Uremic toxins may therefore act as endogenous danger signals that potentially prime monocytes, macrophages, and endothelial cells toward a hyper-inflammatory state. Because these trained phenotypes may be epigenetically durable, conventional dialysis and downstream anti-inflammatory therapies may be insufficient to reverse cardiovascular risk in CKD. This review summarizes the graded mechanistic evidence potentially linking uremic toxin-induced trained immunity to atherosclerosis and vascular calcification and discusses emerging therapeutic strategies targeting toxin burden, metabolic pathways, epigenetic remodeling, and myeloid-specific drug delivery. These approaches remain investigational in this setting, and evidence that they specifically modify uremic toxin-induced trained immunity in patients is currently lacking.

„Levy's new book, Toxins Cause All Disease, stands out as a beacon of clarity and scientific courage. Few physicians today dare to cut through the layers of pharmacological tradition and entrenched dogma. Dr. Levy does exactly that - by tracing all disease back to its root molecular driver: intracellular oxidation. As I have written in my foreword to his previous work, The Only Cause of Disease, Dr. Levy has an extraordinary ability to "strip disease down to its root molecular cause... and build a clear, science-based path to true healing." This new book continues that legacy with even greater force.”Levy's new book, Toxins Cause All Disease, stands out as a beacon of clarity and scientific courage.
