Latest emails to clients
1 Which days do you see clients?
Click a day to turn it on or off. Enabled days are dark.
2 What hours?
These are the hours a client can pick a time in. Other events in your calendar will still be blocked automatically.
3 How much time do you need between meetings?
This stops a client booking back-to-back with no gap. If you're not sure, leave it as is.
4 Days off and exceptions
Vacation, a doctor's appointment, a trip — or a day when you're available at different hours. An exception overrides your regular weekly schedule.
5 Check what the client will see
Choose a day — we'll show exactly the times a client will be able to pick (calculated by the server, with your breaks and existing events). First click “Save availability”.
⚙ Additional settings
Set automatically from your computer: —. Only change it if you live elsewhere. Changing it doesn't move your meetings — it only changes how times are displayed.
Paste the secret iCal address of your calendar (Google: Calendar settings → “Secret address in iCal format”; Outlook: Share → “ICS link”). Busy times from that calendar will disappear from the slots clients see. Read-only — we never change anything there. Refreshes every 15 minutes.
Optional. Useful later for the day view and reports. Leave it blank if you don't want it.
🔗 Your booking addresses
Send a client one of these links (text message, e-mail, signature, website). The main address lets them choose a meeting type; a type's link goes straight to picking a time.
✅ Done! What's next?
- Copy the link and send it to a client:
- Set when you're available (days and hours) — without this, clients won't see any slots.
- Check what a client sees: Open my page
- Every booking will appear in your calendar and in the Bookings tab; you and the client will both get an e-mail.
1 Your booking address
You'll send this link to clients (text message, e-mail, signature). Keep it short and simple — e.g. your name or business name. Lowercase letters, no accented characters or spaces (we'll convert it automatically).
✍ Your signature for e-mails to clients
Every e-mail to a client (confirmation, rescheduling, your messages) ends with this signature — yours, not Pisaczek's. Fill it in the way you'd sign off at work.
2 Your meeting types
A meeting type is what a client picks first: its name, how long it runs and where it happens. Examples: “Quick call 15 min · phone”, “New client 30 min · video”, “Consultation 60 min · at my place”.

⛔ Block time
Something urgent, a vacation, a doctor's visit? Block a slot with one click — clients won't see those hours. Leave the times blank to block the whole day.
📅 Client bookings
Upcoming and from the last 30 days. Each one is also in your calendar. Canceling sends the client an e-mail.
